2 · You raise a PO

Your finance office issues a purchase order against the quote. Send us the reference and it goes on the invoice.

3 · We invoice

An invoice payable by bank transfer, net 30. Card is there too if you'd rather.

4 · Seats open

The moment the invoice is paid, your seats are live. No activation call, no licence keys to distribute.
